A real niche from the past for fans of Commodore 64 and sports games, this special version of the game is a quality upgrade of the 2nd part of the famous Speedball game series.
Unofficial enhanced version of “Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe” (1991), included in the “Speedball Duology” release by Excess. The game features cut scenes that were originally left out, new sprites, in-game backgrounds, digi sounds and loading screens.

The revamped game is released as a Speedball Duology thanks to Excess in .crt Cartridge file format, which includes the following games:
- Speedball 1
- Speedball 2 Brutal Deluxe
Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe is a 1990 video game based on a violent futuristic sport that draws on elements of handball and ice hockey, and rewards violent play as well as goals. The concept of the game is reminiscent of the 1975 film Rollerball.
