Pushori 64 (2025, Emanuele Feronato)

Pushori is a famous and nostalgic game from the Flash era, developed by Tony Pa. Emanuele Feronato’s rewrite for the Commodore 64 breathed new life into the game, while preserving its classic features. The remastered version is not just a simple “demake,” but an updated version, enriched with innovations requested by users over the years.

The object of the game is to push blocks from the side into the field and fit them together vertically so that they disappear. You can level up after the whole track has turned green. This simple but challenging mechanism tests players’ logical skills.

The included d64 disk file, prg executable, and commented ugBasic source code allow the game to be adapted to other retro computers, as it does not use sprites. The game is therefore not only fun but also technically inspiring, especially for programmers.
