The Facebook group of the development team called PIGGY 18 discusses the development of several exciting new Commodore 64 games, especially the sequels to the iconic A Pig Quest. Here are the games with latest information.
The Last Pig (working title)
The sequel to A Pig Quest is officially in development. Tentatively titled The Last Pig, this new adventure promises to expand the whimsical world of the original with new levels, characters, and mechanics. The community has enthusiastically suggested alternative titles like Pigger and Better and Electric Boogaloo, reflecting the gameโs humorous tone. With vibrant visuals and a charming protagonist, this follow-up is shaping up to be another standout entry in the C64 canon.
Both with isometric view and platformer style:

Super Soldier
Super Soldier is a fast-paced action platformer that channels the spirit of Metal Slug. Developed by Alain Mauricet and Antonio, the game features explosive gameplay, fluid animations, and richly detailed backgrounds. Early screenshots reveal a level of polish rarely seen on the C64, and fans are already buzzing with anticipation. Itโs a love letter to arcade shooters, reimagined for an 8-bit battlefield.

Mr. Robot
Though details are scarce, Mr. Robot has appeared in teaser images shared by the developers. The game seems to feature a robotic hero navigating a futuristic environment, possibly blending platforming with puzzle elements. The aesthetic is sleek and intriguing, and while no official announcement has been made, the community is eager to learn more.

Micro-Magnon
Another mysterious title spotted in development is Micro-Magnon. This sci-fi themed game appears to take place in a microscopic world, with the player controlling a tiny organism or creature. The graphics are impressively detailed, suggesting a surreal and immersive experience. Like Mr. Robot, this project is still under wraps, but itโs already generating interest among retro gaming enthusiasts.
