Umi Colors (2025, Kabuto Coder)

Umi Colors is a fresh action arcade game released recently that focuses on the power of colors. The goal of the game is not just to defeat opponents, but to think quickly, control precisely, and coordinate decisions related to colors.

The game is based on the AGPX Game Maker 2.2.1 engine, which transcompiles from Basic to C and is then compiled with the Oscar 64 compiler.

The player faces an invasion: four different colored aliens threaten the city of Umi. The character can transform into the corresponding color, neutralizing the opponent.

The controls are simple but offer tactical depth: the combination of joystick directions and fire buttons determines the current color.

Up – blue

Down – green

Right – red

Left – yellow

Each level gives you 60 seconds to eliminate the aliens and earn a reward.

If you enjoy the game you should try the creator’s previous game named Umi64.
