A brand new and ambitious project thanks to KD Software (K. Debczynski), where the game transports players to a dark, haunted archipelago where the rugged life of piracy meets the supernatural horrors of an undead curse.
An early prototype of an action-adventure game where you play as a pirate battling hordes of the undead.

Players control a seasoned pirate armed with a cutlass, tasked with carving through hordes of zombies, skeletons, and spectral guardians. The developer is focusing on a responsive “slash and dodge” mechanic to ensure the retro difficulty feels fair yet challenging.

The maps feature high verticality, requiring players to master jumping puzzles and environmental hazards. While current builds utilize test maps for engine validation, the final release promises intricate level designs with a focus on atmosphere.
Collecting cursed treasures and loot is not merely a score-chaser mechanic but is central to the pirate theme, rewarding players for exploring dangerous, out-of-the-way corners of the map.

This game looks like a slash monsters & grab the treasure game. Personally, I don’t like such games. There should be some puzzles to solve.
