The original and officially planned sequel to the popular platform game Bubble Bubble has been released, which is a high-quality fan project that fundamentally reinterprets the Commodore 64 gaming experience.
Bubble Bobble: Lost Cave brings the legendary fan-made arcade hack Lost Cave from 2012 to the C64, featuring 100 brand-new levels originally designed by TAITO as extra content for the console versions โ now carefully adapted for Commodoreโs beloved 8-bit machine.

The project is backed by Dave’s Retro Forge team (coordinated by Davide Bottino and programmed by Victor Widell), who have already proven their expertise with the Bubble Bobble C64 Remastered version. Lost Cave is the culmination of this technical development.
