The latest outstanding work from a talented retro development team which is originally a BerySoft game for Videoton TV-Computer, released in 2024.
The game was developed using the TRSE development tool, based on Bery’s (Zsolt Bertók) work of the same name for the Videoton TV Computer.

Story
Axis is a game in the Alien universe. On a moon called Axis is a mining colony. Aliens have overrun the colony and have hunted down humans. The player may be the last survivor, and the only way to escape is to reach the cargo dock. To do so, he must go over several sectors, avoiding the Aliens. The sectors’ doors can be opened with key cards, which the player must collect.
The goal of the game is to escape from the aliens and make it to the exit door (marked by two red arrows pointing down). To do this, you need to collect keycards (red and green) so you can open the doors of the corresponding colors. The aliens are faster than the player, and if they sense or see you (even through walls), they immediately rush toward you and attack.

Well, it doesn’t take much talent to load the received (public), complete RASCAL source code with all graphics and sound into TRSE, and after some corrections, export it to C64 and Plus/4.
All this is set up as an own development based on Bery’s work.
No, this is not a transcription, it is not a rewrite, it is not a rewrite for Commodore instead of Z80 assembly, it is not a redrawn graphics for Commodore.
Everything is just converted and recompiled in the TRSE multiplatform IDE.

I’m glad you understand the development process this well. I’d be even happier if more “talented” people like them were working on creating new games for Commodore 64 like this one.
That is not true at all, and it’s really humiliating that you’re insulting me without any actual facts. Even Bery himself/herself debunked this on Facebook, and it’s terrible that I’m the one who has to explain myself after all this. 🙁
